Kristoff Connecticut

This series, like almost all other cigars by Kristoff, originates from the Tabacalera of Charles Fairmorn in the Dominican Republic. Introduced in the USA in the spring of 2016, this line was shortly thereafter launched in Germany as well. This is certainly due to the strong relationship that the German importer, Kleinlagel from Bruchsal, maintains with the brand owner, Glen Case. Glen is a very likable and down-to-earth cigar producer who already has many highly successful cigars in his portfolio. Here you will find an overview of all Kristoff cigars. Of course, we carry all the ones available in Germany, including some lines exclusively for our customers!

The Kristoff Connecticut is crafted with a light leaf from Ecuador, wrapped around a Nicaraguan Sun Grown binder. The filler, on the other hand, is a blend of four different Dominican leaves that together create a mild to medium-bodied cigar. These are smooth and creamy cigars that carry flavors of vanilla, cocoa, and a hint of honey with a slight sweetness.

In the USA, it comes in four different variations; however, for the German market launch, only two made their way to us, the Robusto and the Matador - these are also by far the most interesting ones! By the way, the brand name comes from Glen's son, Christopher - the unique spelling of the cigars is a marketing instrument... :-)
