Every cigar in the series features a Connecticut Shade wrapper, with the exception of the Maduro, whose wrapper undergoes a longer fermentation process. The binder and all filler tobaccos come from the Dominican Republic.

Litto Gomez and his wife Ines have been in the cigar business since 1996. Before that, they owned a jewelry store, where Litto was the victim of a robbery, tied up and left behind while the thieves escaped with $400,000. That traumatic experience prompted the couple to leave their former business behind and pursue a completely new path. Fortunately for cigar enthusiasts around the world, they chose to begin producing premium longfiller cigars in the Dominican Republic.
