La Flor Dominicana Cigars

La Flor Dominicana offers a wide range of cigar lines. On the company's website, these are divided into 12 different series. In Germany, however, the importer groups them into five categories: Suave, Air Bender, Ligero, Double Ligero, and Edicion Limitada. Everything that does not fit into these five categories is included here. The filler of these cigars consists primarily of Dominican Piloto tobacco. However, the blends within this category vary so greatly that they cannot be described in general terms. Detailed information can be found on the product page of each individual cigar.

La Flor Dominicana: The Diversity of Dominican Cigar Craftsmanship

Since the company was founded in 1994, Litto Gomez's cigars have earned an outstanding reputation and are especially popular in the United States. They are generally full-bodied, yet remain unmistakably Dominican in character. Their refined aromas create a pleasantly fragrant room note. Due to their rich flavor profile, they are best suited to experienced aficionados.

The La Flor Dominicana Series: A Paradise for Aficionados

Litto Gomez is the visionary, founder, and owner behind this cigar brand. He produces his cigars in his own factory in the Dominican Republic and is well known for the distinctive photo showing him and his wife, each seated on horseback in a tobacco field. The brand was previously imported by Agio Cigars, the producer of the renowned Balmoral XO Anejo series. You can find an overview of La Flor Dominicana cigars here. After the world's largest tobacco company, STG, acquired the family-owned business Agio Cigars, several vitolas were subsequently discontinued. Since November 2025, the long-established company Kopp Tobaccos, based in Rellingen near Hamburg, has been responsible for distributing Litto Gomez cigars in Germany.
