Allerheiligen Bay, the headquarters of the tobacco company Ermor Tabarama, is located in eastern Brazil, specifically in the capital city of Salvador, in the state of Bahia. There, the Tobajara cigars are handcrafted directly for Villiger.

In Brazil, unlike in places like Indonesia, the Mata Fina tobacco plants are harvested in one piece, and then the tobacco plant with the leaves is dried for 30 days. This special process allows more nutrients and aromatic substances from the main stem to penetrate the leaves. This unique drying process gives the Mata Fina tobaccos their full-bodied and balanced flavor, as well as their beautiful brown color.

Due to their dark color, Brazilian long fillers are often mistakenly assumed to be particularly strong.
