El Septimo Alexandra
This line by the luxury cigar manufacturer El Septimo Zigarren is aimed explicitly at female aficionados. According to the manufacturer, the two blends are especially tailored to the preferences of female cigar lovers, though without explaining what that actually means. Perhaps these cigars are simply particularly good listeners who never talk back... ;-)
El Septimo Alexandra: Specially Designed for Female Aficionadas
The Coco uses two ligeros, six different secos, and one volado. The Marylin is similar, with the only difference being that the number of secos has been reduced from six to four. All of the tobacco comes from Costa Rica and is grown near San José at an altitude of around 2,000 meters, then aged for at least 5 and up to 15 years. These cigars from Costa Rica represent the most exclusive cigar summit of the small Central American country.
The name of this luxury cigar brand can be freely translated as “the Seventh.” It refers to the seventh day, on which God rested after six strenuous days of creation. As is well known, one is meant to rest on this day and (perhaps) enjoy a good cigar. In this regard, El Septimo Zigarren can definitely help. They allow you to reflect on life in calm and with a sense of gratitude.
From the Rest of Creation to Cigar Craftsmanship: the History of El Septimo
The cigar brand was originally founded in 2005 by Gilles Botquin and was marketed primarily in Europe. In 2019, the US real estate mogul Zaya S. Younan acquired this luxury brand, fulfilling a personal dream. He sees his cigars as the “summit of perfection” in the field of cigar production. His wife and daughter travel the world’s tobacco trade fairs together with him when they are not spending time in their cigar lounge at home in LA.
