Optically; bulky looking and slightly oily. Several ribs in the wrapper. Cold: Leather with hints of stable (manure) and soil. Hot: Notes of leather and soil, hints of licorice and pepper. Burn slightly uneven but not troublesome, Draw medium to light and smoke development not impressive. ash flaky but firm 2.5 cm. Not an impressive smoke, somewhat simple in aromas, but undeniably Cuban. the smoke lasted 65 minutes and bearing the price in mind, not a bad price/value ratio. NB! The cigar is short filler and only partially made by hand. October 25th 2013

Optically close to perfection - one almost undistinguishable rib in the wrapper. Wrapper edges fused perfectly with sorroundings- almost melting into the structure - to form a beautiful little darkish brown Robusto. Cold: Stable (manure), spicy and earthy fragrances. Hot: At first slightly peppery notes that quickly mellows and blends with notes of vanilla, leather, wood, nut, chocolate and hints of licorice and soil. Burn is flawless, draw is medium and smoke development is high. Ash is firm and speckly - 25 mm and a very, very pleasant smoke lasted 60 mins. So far this is my favorite Robusto ... Optically decent, a few ribs in the wrapper and a little tear towards the foot, but a pleasant looking light brown chubby. Cold: Stable (manure) and leather. Hot: Notes of pepper and licorice, hints of tea, Hay, chocolate, nuts and vanilla. The peppery flavour is at first overwhelming and sharp but five minutes into the smoke it mellows into the complexity of different taste components. Burn is slightly uneven and draw is light at first - almost too light to facilitate smoke development but what does develop is pleasants. Ash is firm, light grey and only slightly flaky 38 mm. a nice smoke; lasting 90 minutes. Not Peak Partagas but up there ... February 7th 2014

Optically OK - slight box press. Cold: slight hint of stable (manure). Hot: notes of wood, leather and vanilla. hints of licorice. Burn even, ash semi firm, slightly flaky 2 cm. Not overwhelming but 55 minutes of niceness. December 15th 2013

Optically a beautiful cigar; long elegant with a flawless wrapper. Cold: Predominantly stable (manure). Hot: notes of pepper, leather and licorice. hints of vanilla. The licorice notes become faint towards the last two thirds of the smoke. The stick is way too firm, which leads to uneven burn issues. Ash is firm and slightly flaky 3 cm. The draw is WAY to bad and ruins the experience .., 70 mins December 20th 2013

Cold: Notes of stable (manure) and hints of leather Hot: Predominantly leather with hints of pepper, vanilla and licorice (salty to the lip) surprisingly a hint of bergamot? Burn even and flawless. ash firm, slightly flaky 2,5 cm. A nice experience. The smoke lasted 50 mins. December 14th 2013

Optically not too shabby - a few ribs in the wrapper. Cold: notes of stable (manure) and hints of spice. Hot: Notes of leather, citrus and vanilla. Hints of licorice, nut and cocoa. Burn uneven and troublesome, ash a bit loose slightly under 2 cm. The smoke 75 mins. The Cigar a bit too firm in construction and the burn issues made the experience a disappointment ... Optically a few ribs in the wrapper but a brown pleasant looking cuban. Cold: Notes of Stable (manure) and a slight note of chocolate and nut. Hot: notes of vanilla,chocolate and nut, slight notes of licorice and fruit. towards the last third slight notes of soil and leaather. Burn slightly uneven but not troublesome. Ash firm, slightly spottet and flaky. 4 cm. the smoking of this 6 years old juilieta no 2 lasted 110 minutes and was a very smooth and pleasant experience but for one little thing. The mildness and complxity of aromas must have covered up an abundance of nicotine, because i had a sligt overload towards the end :-) January 3rd 2014
