Uncut MM. Rested in humidor for over two years. Dry aroma damp charcoal. OK cut. Dry draw vaguely chocolatey. Good light and draw. Too small to chew. Unstable dark ash.OK nicotine. Opened with herby grass, and slight metallic notes, but quickly became smoother and remained so until the finish.

Rough looking, pre-cut. Lit like a cigarette. Dark, crumbly ash. Went out three times. However, the surprising flavour profile, and powerful nicotine more than made up for the flaws. Dry draw was of old books. Initial tastes were fruity, creamy. Second half was ginger nut biscuits and frowsy sponge cakes. Heavy nicotine made it quite spicy by the end. Very special for an MM putiro.

rough looking and pre-cut. Lit like a cigarette. Burn and draw fine. Nicotine average. Ash was white and reasonably stable. Smooth for the first half, with a predominant tea flavour and hints of caramel. Became harsher in the second half, and secondary smoke was very chokey. By the end peppery and rough. Second stick much smoother and nicer. Heavier nicotine. Peppery tastes rather than harshness.
