Humidor Palmas and Ninfas

The Hoyo du Gourmet is a fantastic cigar. Supremely elegant, it demonstrates why the long panetela format really is one for the purists; it allows the greatest breadth of flavours, without allowing the volume of smoke, nicotine, and tar to overwhelm the experience. Starts mild and subtle, creamy, and with hints of fruit. Develops a nutty coffee taste, and then concludes with a flash of spice. You can taste everything, at your leisure. There is not a better Cuban cigar at this price, and it breaks my heart that cigars like this are overlooked by (and in danger of being discontinued thanks to) those clamouring for fat, loud, overpowered cigars. More fool them.
