A good cigar for a modest price. Not each sample is as good as the other one, but for this money I accept that. Medium to fully bodied. Some honey in the background, primarily earthy tones. If you are looking for a relatively cheap and relatively good cigar, try this one.

Another favourite. Robusto format. Very well made. Medium to fully bodied. Best after dinner. Rich aroma with sweet tones. A favourite of every cigar smoking friend I know. Strongly recommended.

Probably I was unlucky with the one I smoked given the famous name of the factory involved. It was rolled so tight that I was hardly able to get smoke out of it. Might be that it should ripe a bit more. There are four more samples in my humidor which I will ripe for another year.

The once 'mystery cigar'. Difficult to rate. I have smoked two samples. The first was absolutely fantastic. Well made, medium to fully bodied, good aroma and well rolled. Can be enjoyed either in the afternoon or after dinner. The second was horrible though, because of the tight draw. I have three more samples in my humidor, so at this time I can not come to definite conclusions. If properly rolled, it is a top 5 cigar. But to be a top 5 cigar it should always be properly rolled.

Very good cigar. Beautifully made. Medium to full-bodied. Strong, full bouquet. The draw of the second No. 4 which I have smoked was a bit too tight though. This can easily be avoided by squeezing the cigar before buying (which I sometimes forget, because of the excitement when seeing all those cigars in the sellers humidor). It should feel flexible. Recommended

This robusto cigar is made of a Cuban wrapper, binder and filler. It is very well made. It is a touch stronger than the Hoyo Epicure No. 2 and in that respect comparable to the Cohiba Robusto or to the Partagas cigars (but not to the Bolivars which are fullier-bodied). Because it is rich in ligero leaf (which leaves are situated at the top of the tobacco plant and are always dark and full in flavor as a result of oils produced by exposure to sunlight), I would say that this cigar is not a cigar for beginners. It's a good choice after dinner.

Difficult cigar to rate. It has a medium-bodied and nice flavor. However, after having smoked half the cigar the taste became overtly bitter, which I did not like. Of course, this is a common phenomenon with almost every cigar when having smoked 2/3rd of it, but here it was present too soon, causing it to be overpriced in my view.

Absolutely a great cigar. One of my favourites. Excellently made. Full-bodied aroma with sweet undertones. Comparable to the Hoyo Epicure No. 2. Strongly recommended.

I have smoked only one piece of this cigar and was probably unlucky as the draw was a bit tight. It has a smooth medium flavor and is good for daytime smoking.

Friendly cigar. Perfectly made. Less full-bodied than the Epicure No. 2, therefore good for an afternoon smoke and always capable of pleasing a friend when offered to him or her. In sum, good but not outstanding.

Comparable to the Cohiba Robusto. Very good but expensive cigar. It gives a longer smoke than the Robusto though. I have bought them a few times as a gift for a cigar smoking friend (which caused big smiles and everlasting friendship).

Another super cigar! Exceptionally well-made. Full-bodied. Almost no sweetness here. Nuts, cacao and spicey overtones. Because of the price I would pick this one after the Hoyo Epicure No. 2. Strongly recommended.

Also known as Millenium 4000. Good but expensive cigar. Substantially less body than the Davidoff Special R. Recommended for a smoke during the day.

Exceptionally well-made Domenican cigar of the robusto format. Full spicy aroma, full-bodied. A cigar for after a hearty meal. One should beware of not puffing to quickly, because in that case this cigar in particular becomes too heavy and strong.
