Good burn with minor wonkyness. Ash held on for about 1/3 of the whole cigars length at a time! Taste/aroma: By the lighting it presented a quite strong wood and pepper aroma accompanied by quite some spiciness. 1/3: Caramel and cream were predominant with a slight woody aroma in the background. Cream and spiciness on the retrohale. 2/3: Caramel was gone and cream died down a good bit. Wood were predominant. A slight cream and a lot of spiciness accompanied by cedar on the retrohale. Last 3rd: Spice picked up and the wood was accompanied by a bit of pepper. Wood (cedar and fir) and pepper with a lot of spiciness on the retrohale. A well made cigar with a superb construction. The wonkyness with burn was self-correcting, and it held a solid salt and pepper-textured ash. It did though get hot just before the band point. Had to end the cigar with about 1 1/2 inches left because of how hot it became. About 50 minutes of smoke. Will probably buy again.

It looks shabby, and my expectations were that it would be a bad cigar. Man, was i wrong. The construction is not good: The wrapper was a bit twisted and very uneven. The taste of this thing is very delicious, very creamy and mild. I will definitely buy this again.

I've smoked a couple of cigars before, but i'm pretty new to this. To any new cigar smokers out there, most of the taste is tobacco, as with pretty much all cigars. In the 1/3 of the cigar, I got notes of wood, earth and a bit of cream. On the retrohale, there was pepper with a bit of a spice kick. It's not an overwhelming cigar, it's actually quite pleasant a smoke. Around the halfway point, the earth kind of disappeared and the cream toned down a bit. The wood and pepper became more prominent. I had a burn issue around the 1st band. My feeling is that the construction of the cigar is good. A firm even pack. Unfortunately, the wrapper cracked in a couple of places, specially around the 1st band, where it went almost apart. I suspect that this is due to my own, improper way of storing the cigar. It went out a couple of times too, but i'm a slow smoker and i got about 2 hours from this stick. Strength wise, I'd say about medium (for a completely new smoker, keep some sugar at hand). Overall, a nice and descent stick, at a descent value. Smoked it in the morning. It's probably best for evening time.
